Community Engagement Coordinator

$32.10 + 4% vacation pay

Alberta (Remote/Hybrid, with travel)

We’re looking for a Community Engagement Coordinator to support a national initiative focused on veteran homelessness in rural, remote, and Indigenous communities. This role is centered on meaningful engagement, ensuring the voices of veterans, service providers, and communities directly shape the direction of the work and the resources developed. You’ll be coordinating and supporting engagement activities across Canada, both virtually and in person. This includes planning, logistics, facilitation support, and making sure participants feel respected, prepared, and heard.

Full-time, 36-month contract (35 hours/week)

Program Specialist

$55,650 – $61,354

Alberta (Remote/Hybrid, with some travel)

We’re looking for a Program Specialist to support the delivery of two key initiatives: ● Alberta Age-Friendly Program – supports communities in promoting healthy, active aging by improving accessibility, social participation, and services for seniors to live independently and stay connected (primary focus). ● Reaching Home (Rural & Remote Alberta) – a cornerstone of RDN’s work addressing homelessness in rural, remote, and Indigenous communities

Project Lead, Community Research & Implementation

$58,000 – $65,000

Alberta (Remote/Hybrid, with travel)

We’re looking for a Project Lead, Community Research & Implementation for our Safe & Inclusive Communities team, to lead the delivery of a multi-community initiative focused on strengthening inclusion and welcoming capacity across rural northern Alberta.
