The second edition of our award-winning guide is for those looking to develop, build, and operate affordable rental housing.

The purpose of the Step-By-Step Guide to Developing Affordable Housing is to be a resource for individuals and groups who want to develop, build, and operate affordable rental housing.

The 2nd Edition of the Guide was developed with support from the Government of Canada’s Homelessness Partnering Strategy and the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) Green Municipal Fund, and New Market Funds. The Rural Development Network is grateful for their support, without which this project would have not been possible.
